Chinese Rice

Replace 2 med. onions with 2 med. carrots. The green onions are correct.

Banana Cake

Add to the list of ingredients, 1 tsp. Baking Soda.

Mississippi Mud Cake

Mississippi Mud Cake- Revised

2 cups sugar

1 cup shortening

4 eggs

1-1/2 cups flour

1/3 cup cocoa

3 tsp vanilla

1 cup nuts

Cook and bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

Sprinkle marshmallows on top while hot (enough to cover cake)

Frost with:

1 box powdered sugar

1/2 cup cocoa

1 stick butter or margarine

1/2 cup evaporated milk

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup nuts

Welcome to our New Enrichment Leader

First of all, let me say that Joyce Witbeck and the committee have done a fantastic job for the last several years. The activities were always well planned, creative, and fun. Thank you so much Joyce. We will miss you working with us.

Diana Iwaniec is the new leader and we are excited to work with her as well. Though Diana is a full time working mom and student she has agreed to give us her best. Thank you Diana! I am sure she would love to hear your suggestions for upcoming activities. Leave a comment here if you would like.
